A FEDERATION SEMI REIMAGINED WITH TIMELESS ELEGANCE - Interior Design Mosman

Located in the heart of Mosman, this project involved a thoughtful renovation of an existing Federation semi. The client’s vision was for a timeless, elegant home with subtle Hampton’s influences, and one that honoured the original character of the building while bringing its interiors up to date with comfort, functionality, and refined detail.

Old Meets New

Original features such as high skirtings, ornate ceiling mouldings, and classic fireplaces were carefully retained, preserving the home’s Federation charm while enhancing it with modern touches.

Refined materials, Lasting Impact

Dark timber flooring, marble surfaces, and custom joinery were combined to create a luxurious yet understated palette designed to age gracefully and elevate everyday living.

Elegance That Feels Like Home

The updated kitchen and bathrooms offer both beauty and practicality, brought together with timeless finishes and thoughtful detailing that reflect the owners’ pride and sense of place.

Liz was amazing from start to finish. I find home decorating quite overwhelming, but she presented me with enough ideas to get my creative juices flowing. She stuck to the brief but added her own personal flair to them which really brought the house to life, and worked seamlessly with my builder which was such a relief!
